Hospitality Law Review

The Hospitality Law Review is an important reference for association members to stay updated on and in compliance with the latest laws and regulations. There is no other single publication with this level of comprehensive coverage of state and federal laws or rules impacting your hospitality business. Updated following each legislative session, once bills are enacted, the Law Review is organized into three sections:

  • Labor and Employment Laws and Regulations

  • Hospitality Laws and Regulations

  • Resources: Links to Statutes, Rules and Laws

The Hospitality Law Review is a valuable starting point, but it is not intended as a substitute for legal advice. It does not cover every law or regulation, which change from time-to-time. While we have taken due care to compile this resource, there may be errors and omissions.

You should always consult with an attorney to understand the full implications of any law or regulation to ensure compliance by your business. If you do not have an attorney, we can connect you to allied member law firms that specialize in serving hospitality businesses.

Members can access the law review by logging into the Member Portal/Info Hub.
